Rhovin is a relative newcomer to Malaz City, however created a stir very quickly as he immediately began buying up properties in the poorer, more downtrodden areas of the city, and generally doing his best to improve the lives of the impoverished. Rhovin was able to achieve these goals with the gains from his raid on a dragon's lair, where he purportedly slew the dragon single-handedly, and returned a hero in the eyes of the people of Ebis, and island nation to the East of Altevia.
