Magnetitus
A rare magical mutation, magnetitus is a condition that touches living beings, and make them unable to stock up on flux. Their bodies produce flux like any other but it immediately leaves them. It's often compared to a leakage, but the term "magnetitus" refers to the belief that their bodies are somehow composed of magnetic material - as it is known magnetic fields repeal flux.
Symptoms
People suffering from magnetitus are known to be more fragile and weak physically, as a decent amount of flux in one's body strengthen the immune system.
Sequela
Aside from their weakened body, they produce flux at a higher rate to compensate their low flux capacity. This offer them an almost endless stream of flux - although it is a tiny stream. They cannot use spells that demand a medium or high quantity of flux, but can make use of low energy spells endlessly.
Cultural Reception
Their status in society varies a lot depending on cultures.
In Agmār, they're often taken in in temples as oracles, as their constant flow of flux makes them perfect for readings of the present and near future. This enrolment is rarely voluntary, and many of them are forcibly made blind, as it is believed it heighten their flux sensibilities.
In the various Anissian countries, they used to be discriminated against as flawed individuals, but the few of them have assembled together to fight for their rights and are now recognised as normal. Their specific relation to flux makes them some of the most skilled enchanters in Mahar.
