The king has many important duties as both a pirate and a king. One of these tasks is to practice negotiating and learning the Price of treasures.

History

Some of the people are pirates but all of them swear to a vow that separate them from the bad pirates. Those who do not swear to the vow and don’t have a Royale pardon from the king are considered an outcast.
