My name is Nakahara Hiroko, 16 years old and still attending Osen High School. As you might have noticed, I'm a Magical Girl fighting against the threat that is known as the Overworked.Though to be honest...
It is really difficult.
Like you wouldn't believe how hard it sometimes get the right tools and equipment on a budget of a high schooler. But I try where I can, hoping to keep the city free from any monster seeking to destroy it.
My Life in Osen City
I was born and raised a bit just outside of Osen City's, with only my mother taking care of me.I never really knew my father well, simply because he left before I was born. As such, mom had to take care of me alone in our little home near the Osen River.
Didn't mean my life was bad! Sure, we didn't live a luxurious life but it wasn't like I lived in complete poverty! Just, partial poverty. We do own a computer and a TV, it's just that I don't always keep up to date with most new trends other girls at school follow. I also just help around the house too, mostly to make sure mom doesn't overwork herself as well.

Magica Pathfinder
You think I fight 15 feet tall monsters without any special powers to help me around? Well, kinda. My powers are useless in a direct fight but that's not the point.
In short, I'm one of the youngest Magicas currently in employement, going by the alias of Pathfinder. Atlhough I might seem not fit for the job, you'd be surprised how well I can handle this job. Usually. Most of the time.
Equipment
Most of my tools honestly aren't the best. Again, budget cuts makes us have to rely on our own resources and money to fight off these monsters. Luckily I still have access to a very viable place for tons of weaponry: the Osen River!
Most of my makeshift equipment is salvaged from almost everything you can imagine: clothes line grappling hooks, sharpened coin shurikens, even my trusty baseball bat was found amongst the dump! I called it compass for thematic consistency and even gave it a compass keychain. Nifty.
Ability: Navigation
The Alias of Pathfinder came from my speciality as a Magica: navigation. On my left hand I have a special compass mark given to me by Garbage, which allows me to ask directions to anywhere I want.
And that's about it. Yeah, like I said before it's useless in a direct fight... Until I discovered it doesn't just work on locations. It even works at showing directions towards people, objects on the move or even abstract concepts like love. Granted sometimes it messes with me as well, making it only half as reliable as I wish it could be.
Familiar: Garbage
And finally, my little animal companion: Garbage I found him a few months ago in the trash near my home and ever since he kinda is my employer. My powers directly come from him, but only my powers: weapons & outfit aren't in the bundle for becoming a magical girl according to him.
Still, even with those limitations he is a nice racoon, all be it a cheapskate beyond any measure. I can't even eat at a fast food joint without him intervering saying it's expensive. At least he helps out during combat and learns me the ways of a magical girl.

History
I found Garbage in the dump near my home, so I took him in. Ever since, he has been teaching me some tactics from his lifetime of handling Magical Girls.
Facts about me!
- While everyone uses smartphones, I still own a flip phone from when I was 8.
- I do have some social media where I post my artwork on though!
- I also like to occasionally collect bugs!
Really love this world. I'm wondering if the navigation ability could show her the weak points of her enemies.
Sort of: It might show her a method to deal with it, but it can have a mind of its own. So sometimes it just shows where to hit, other times it takes a sideroute.
