Blood Commander Mark Ross
Mark Ross is a British-born Vampire and the current commander of Blood Enforcers, a paramilitary and law enforcement arm of the Blood Council of Europe.
Mental characteristics
Employment
Mark joined the ranks of the Blood Enforcers in the year 2000. Before that he was a soldier for the British Special Forces. One of the conflicts he took part in was the Falklands War. He left the military a few years later and started to work for various security companies before the Blood Council found him and offered him a job.
Mental Trauma
For many years after the Falklands War Mark was struggling with the trauma of that conflict. He used to see and hear gunfire in his dreams and many of the everyday sounds seemed like shots or explosions. With the help of a psychologist and his wife Mark was able to eventually learn to live with this and minimize the effects trauma had on his life, but it never abandoned him completely.

Mark is a very determined person. When he puts his mind to somethin, he will finish it no matter what. He often says that this is how he got so high among the Blood Enforcers.

Family Ties
Mark has a wife with whom he has a daughter. Earlier they used to live in London, but when Mark became the commander of the Blood Enforcers they moved to Dresden. His wife works for an international corporation while their daughter is in high school.
Social Aptitude
Getting to know new people is extremely easy for Mark. No matter where he goes, he starts to talk with people about any subject. When asked how he does it, he says that he is just nice to people and the conversation just flows. His conversations often start with being on a specific subject related to the situation, but after a couple of minutes it is a general conversation about life, weather, etc.
