Regal nagas

Mostly similar to the normal Nagas but vastly superior in multiple ways.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Regal nagas have the same anatomy as any normal nagas, however due to their special nature they might have developed other distinct characteristics not commonly seen in the naga species. This can vary from spikes, thicker armor-like plates, horns, and sometimes even wings.

Biological Traits

Regal nagas are a rare subspecies of nagas who are born with vastly superior genetics. They are longer, bigger, stronger and more beautiful with the genes to rule. They are often referred to as "born rulers".

Additional Information

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

As nagas with ruling-capabilities, they all have developed very strong presences whether they did so consciously or not. They can exert this presence to apply heavy pressure in the air around them. This is similar to the feeling of having your heart drop to your stomach, a feeling of dread and/or respect.

Civilization and Culture

Historical Figures

King Xerxes

Way back when the Persian empire was at its greatest, Xerxes the first was a powerful king and ruler. What humans don't know is that he actually was a regal naga named Sargon Xerxes. He ruled the Persian empire during their greatest era, and led them to great victories. However due to mistrust among humans towards magical creatures, he was captured and sealed away. In his place was a fake Xerxes made and they scrubbed the true Xerxes from history, replaced with the fake human Xerxes.
Sargon Xerxes has by now reawakened and is currently catching up with history.
