Naeus is the south-eastern kingdom of
Pascent. Settled by Suran colonists half a century after the continents discovery, today Naeus is one of the wealthiest of the five kingdoms. The territory of the kingdom includes a large chain of islands, including
Meos Soaer and
Kifeta, and large mainland territories.
The kingdom is renowned for its class gap, and is ruled by a large landed gentry. It has historic ties to Sura, and has maintained close diplomacy with the mother empire throughout its history. Despite numerous attempts, the kingdom has largely been unsuccessful in expanding its influence on Pascent however.
