The largest city of Dianxe , built on an archipelago of islands in the southern hemisphere of Dianxe. Due to the plants lack of ground suitable for building Indianapolis is built upon huge ancient evercrete foundations, built during one the high points of humanity, the inability to expand upon this has lead to a race upwards in Indianapolis, with structures built upon structures.
Of note in the city is the Rubric-One track built on the outskirts of the city, housing tourists, teams, press, media and manufacturers all necessary for the Rubric races.
Whilst Indianapolis is a densely populated city, it is not a huge one, the city houses around 6 million people, but when the Rubric Races are on, this skyrockets with visitors coming from all over the sector to see the spectacle. Last year an estimated 5 million visitors came to Indianapolis.
