During their downtime players will be able to go off and try to train some of their stats up. Rolling for training will always be the same, simply rolling a d20. Each stat will have a predetermined amount of points that players need to get in order to boost the stat up. The number of points will be determined by how high the stat is. Each time the players decide to train without any of the upgrades at the tower, it will cost them 2 time slots to do. Training with the upgrades has a predetermined amount of points that they receive (see HQ upgrades) and they won't have to roll to get those points. If players want to risk getting more or less points (depending on their roll) then they can go to Sofmyre to train there. Simply meeting the roll (10-17) grants a single point of progress. Rolling well (18-20) will grants 3 points of progress. Rolling badly (1-9) doesn't grant anything at all. If players level up and they decide to increase a stat that has some progress points in it already, they will simply take the stat's current points, divide it in half rounded up, and then keep going from there.
