Bang Bag

Usually sold in Insia, these small bags create a deafening sound when opened or ripped. The Insia Terra Army usually use these when they have to travel in the Insia canyons. The sound it produces generally makes people flinch, but otherwise isn't particularly harmful to humanoids.
As an action, you can open or throw a Bang Bag at a point up to 60 feet away. Each creature within 20 feet of a Bang Bag must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or become deafened for 30 seconds. A deafened creature can end this condition early by using its action to make a DC 15 Constitution check to re-orient itself.
