The Rift of Revenge

Yhra is a kilometers wide hole in the middle of the ocean. This hole is very deep and spreads out in a myriad of branches. Ocean water is flowing in huge waterfalls down into the abyss all around. In its middle a tall pointy mountain sticks out of the wet mist that covers the area.

Formation

Yhra was created during Foras' Revenge. Foras had thrown his mighty spear onto the Demon Prison to destroy it and the Demons inside, but the other Regidea tried to stop him.
The collision of these two forces not only split Panteus into the Continents, but also inflicted a severe wound to the Regimenta Lygea. The scar of this wound is what is now known as Yhra, the Rift of Revenge.

Aftermath

Even though the efforts of the Regidea to stop the spear did fail, the Demon Prison remained intact. To treat the wound inflicted onto her Lygea grew a tall mountain around the spear still sticking in her crust. She grew the mountain not only to cover the spear, but also to cover all the Demons imprisoned there.
However, the most severe aftermath this event has brought upon the world was the Regimenta's Verdict, which brought aging, hunger and bodily procreation into existence.

Yhra is a giant hole in the ocean, which is surrounded by waterfalls. A huge pointy mountain towers in its middle. The Demons are imprisoned there.
