Luthai

Luthai is a world under the supreme reign of James cipher. The vast natural landscapes are filled with vibrant colours. Inside the depths of the purple lakes several varieties of aquatic species live, including a garagantuian, fearless waddlegimp. Through the city streets bloodshot eyeballs with onyx bat wings roam the skies.   The citadel is ran by a group of James Cipher’s ‘Asharians’ which are a race of people who are created by one individual to follow there every word and essentially do there bidding. However, there is also a secret group known as the saviours illigence (TSI). Within the TSI there is a variety of different people learning powers from the ancient one. These powers include: Telepathy, telekinesis, electrokinesis and finally for those who have trained the hardest and have obtained all the above skills photokenisis.   However, all forms of magic and kinetic powers have been banned under the rules of James Cipher and therefore the TSI have to be hidden and inconspicuous.
