A Dark Alley

As you are well aware, it is every CIL’s sworn duty to track down and exterminate any and all Fae nests. That being said, we are not yet done, and there are still a few strongholds of Fae power that have been identified but thus far not given the full treatment.
This is not because we would suffer a Fae to live, but rather because the nature of these nests and their proximity to Human settlements have made extermination a more delicate procedure.
One of the more notable of such dens of inquity is known as “A Dark Alley.” We are aware that the name leaves much to be desired, but rest assured, it is not of Celestial origin.
This “dark alley” is in fact a real alley, buried deep in the heart of the Human city known as “Portland, Oregon,” and is host to all matter of nasty Fae vermin.
There is a specific Fae ‘lord’ who holds court here, protecting it with every measure of power he possesses, lest we wrest it from his control. This character is none other than the notorious ‘Jack Frost.’ Indeed, the same blasphemer who would dare call himself a god, when we all know the Haraphim is the one and only true God.
We’ve been unable to secure accurate reports of the internal goings-on of this Fae hideaway* but believe Frost is using it as a sanctuary for illegal Fae creatures. We have also been able to confirm that he runs his heretical operation out of an ice cream shop.
If any Celestials are on-mission in the vicinity of ‘A Dark Alley’, be on the highest alert. I have personally witnessed members of my own flock fall prey to Jack Frost and his ice cream samples of sin. He must not be allowed to pervert additional Celestial citizenry.
