Afoya
The east of Lumere, mainly populated by the Phoenans and ruled over by the Phoenixia Empire.
Geography
Afoya's boarders start with the surrounding Krijill Ocean, ending west with Sotrul River. Generally, Afoya is a very warm place, being closer to the top of Lumeria, and is in a constant Autumn-like state, as well as considered one of the biggest controlled regions in Lumere. The temperate forest is called Ikoa Forest, which ends near the Sotrul River. In the far east is the Phoenix Mountains and contains a single volcano, called Klan, an active volcano. Closer to the beaches is mostly grasslands. In the northern area is a small lake called Amber Lake.
Fauna & Flora
Ikoa Forest is mostly made up of cabinet maples, fire ashes, and fever hickories, vibrant trees that look stuck in an Autumn state. Many fiery-sounding or artistic-sounding plants can be found in both Ikoa and the grasslands, such as ashen garlic, fire blooms, luck scarlet, paiberry bushes, penny ink bushes, phoenix lilies, rogue's violet, scarlet grass, speckled tulip, tiger bean, and red root. In Phoenix Mountains, especially near Klan, summer arrowwood trees and volcano leaf trees can be found, able to withstand the magma of Klan. Here, peppers can also be found, such as life's pepper and gray pepper.
Aside from common pets, many native fauna also resides in these places, especially ones that can stand summer heat and enjoy temperate places. Though Sotrulan native, anji bai chai can be found roaming western Ikoa, as well as qing cha. Native mammals to the land are Afoyan celosia, red chea, pho darjeerling, fever diosma, keemun, scarlet matcha, and pu-erh. Native avians are red-tailed allium, assams, red ceylons, red-streaked dahlia, lavender lace, and red-tailed ilex. Native insects vary, but are generally different kinds of angel trumpets, baby's breaths, yarrow spiders, lady londonderry, red bomb moths, ruby spices, and sun drops. As for reptiles, they also consist of varying subspecies, including pygmy dragons. Native reptiles are bleeding heart pygmy dragons, common clovers, crown imperial pygmy dragons, euphorbia lizards, and gerbera.
Natural Resources
Many resources can be found in Afoya. Wood can be gathered from Ikoa, with fever hickory wood being the most durable. Wild ash garlic, tiger beans, and red rood are abundant, as well as paiberries, a favourite of Phoenans. Rogue's violet is farmed to make tea. Some resources are not naturally there and are imported to farms, such as blue bloom wheat and dagros rice. Farms, in general, are where non-native animals and plants are harvested.
Most red gemstones can be found in the Phoenix Mountains, especially incrald, which is associated with the Evarth family. Jaroidine, raspaldaite, and rougar can be found in magma. Afoya also produces the most ceydrite and alfrald minerals, distributed to the rest of the world.
