Contract of Expansion

In the endless tug of war of our nation with the beasts this contract was settled to lay by the confusion over our border to The Wilderness. We wished we could settle this with the other side, but we have no means of communicating with live over there. The way it is a convocation of the heads of major guilds, The Council's Guild and The Council debated on how to handle this topic. It was a long procedure but finally they were able to settle on a plan. This basically is the origin of Limem. Due to the flora and fauna being so opposed and dangerous to one anothers stability it was seen as the best solution to clean the lands as far as possible from what seems to be the influence of The Wilderness and draw a clean line. The first step was to push the border to it ahead and away from the furthest settlements to the west of Lucem Edi up to the beginning of continous darkness. Next step was the construction of encampments along the border resulting in the construction of the biggest fortress Limem which took several generations to evolve to the point it is at now. The final step was to outlaw every operation or movement into The Wilderness not approved by The Council to not startle the fauna there anymore. This almost led to the destruction of Lucem Edi when the beasts, startled by the heavy activity on the border, stormed into our nation and pushed us back to Lucem. Nonetheless it was seen as the most rational attempt to resolve the situation and the effort was continued. Finally when it was set solid the situation actually calmed down and in an effort of all guilds we finally had secure ground.

This contract finally signed symoblic by The Council, The Council's Guild and the heads of the guilds and is only to be revoked by this kind of convent too.
