Mental characteristics
Personal history
Nhamba was born to Sörel the Strategist and Tetra the Fair in Deon. He had two older siblings, Winda and Rayo. Nhamba started studying under Redyo in 13 ET, when he was 5. In 28 ET, he met a man called Öba the Shipwright, who had been working with Nhamba's father on establishing the national navy. Eager to get on the open seas, Nhamba bought one of Öba's ships, the Hyuta Ship and a crew. He sailed to Vestene, Lassath, North Salvin, South Salvin and Ixiril. He collected many goods from the civilisations he visited, which was partly the reason why his nephew was so wealthy. He was very much of a ladies' man, and as well as the goods, he also wooed many women into coming back with him to Panïka from many places. He had several children with these women, but most faded into obscurity. In some sources, "the Seducer" is an epithet of his, but "the Traveler" is much more common as it was a more defining feature of Nhamba's life. Nhamba died in 58 ET.
