The Letter of Chief Pua

What is the Letter of Chief Pua?

The letter of chief Pua was a letter written in the year 3251 CT. The Nostravolish chief at the time who was a woman named Pua wrote this letter to the Sensluve family at the time. The letter was written out of anger that the lovians were trying to take their land and enslave them. The letter was taken as a threat although Chief Pua didn't mean it that way. The letter is one of the only save documents that mention that time period. It is currently in the hands of the Nostravolish people, but it is periodically sent to be in a museum. This letter is taught to children from a young age, and is retaught throughout public school. 

What does the letter say?

The letter is written in lovish, but it has been translated many times and there is a current clear translation of the letter in English. The reads as the following:

Dear the Sensluve tribe,
It has come to my attention that you wish to harm my people. I would ask you don't do such a thing, if it is resources you'd like you should simply ask, and we will happily give it to you. If you do decide to hurt us, it'll come back at you and your people someday. My lord Koda has said that no matter how many of us your harm or kill, you will wish you haven't harmed us. Our magic is powerful, and I won't hesitate to curse you or your people. I hope you don't view this as a threat to your empire, my people and I have no desire to harm your empire, but we have every desire to protect ourselves. I wish you the best Signed,
