The name given to the sewers and undercity of UCON City by its inhabitants. it is a lawless place filled with thieves and murderers. it hosts an impressive clan of ratfolk and several warring gangs. The Seddemark is a proud settlement and their workings are the true underworld of crime in the City. The series of interconnected sewer and tunnel systems is mostly unknown to the people of the uppercity or what the Seddemarkians refer to as the Aboumark and its inhabitants the lightwalkers. The Aboumark scorns the people in the Seddemark. The Ratfolk clan has grown substantially over the last few years and they are beginning to take to the streets and become more daring.
