Monk

There are several organizations dedicated to the focus on the soul, mind, and body in harmony. Those who do this to perfect how their bodies can move and act, are called monks. It may or may not be a religious pursuit, but it is certainly a spiritual one.

Qualifications

Reaching a point where the monk can truly understand their own body can take many years of training. They must be in peak physical shape with sharp minds. But there are few requirements for starting the training, to begin with, and many monasteries take in even those who would otherwise be shunned.
