Physical Description
General Physical Condition
He is lean and wiry, which enables him to be immensely quick, nimble, and stealthy.
Facial Features
He has a short, pointed snout with a pure black nose. His eyes are solid, inky black underneath his mask, and frequently look tired, with his furred eyelids constantly drooping. However, his face is almost always completely covered by his signature mask.
Identifying Characteristics
He always wears a white, circular mask with two large X's for eyes and a very small horizontal line for a mouth. He is almost never seen without it, and his staple mask has become well known.
Apparel & Accessories
He typically wears a cloak with many pockets in order to store his many weapons and supplies, as well as of course his signature mask. He is also rarely seen without a small bracelet with a locket attached, gifted to him by his mentor who was killed.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
He was born to an unknown pair of forest srirlings, but abandoned only weeks after birth and left to fend for himself. He lived in the streets relying on handouts for two years before he was picked up by a group of pirates near the coast of the western side of the Forest of Grien and raised among them. As he aged among the pirates, he grew in skill and prowess and his natural talents made him an expert thief and criminal. When the man who raised him was arrested and executed by a local government, it sprung off a rage within him, and he quickly rose to fame as one of the most destructive pirate known in the world, and a force to be reckoned with. His staple mask became well known in popular fiction and "The Masked Thief" became a household name. His most recent crime was raiding a coastal city with his crew.
Education
His education was solely limited to within his pirate crew and did not consist of much traditional schooling.
Employment
He was only truly employed in the early portion of his life, when he technically worked for his early pirate crew, who he learned under for the first fifteen years of his life. He later went on to garner his own crew, as well as a network of smaller crews that work for him.
Accomplishments & Achievements
He considers his greatest achievement to be the burning down of the hall of justice where his mentor was prosecuted, which was his accomplishment that led to his highest state of notoriety. He considers his many successful instances of high profile robbery's, lootings, and destruction to be his greatest accomplishments, though many would disagree.
Mental Trauma
His abandonment at a young age scarred him for life. He also underwent numerous traumas growing up on a pirate ship, including witnessing death, destruction, starving, contracting scurvy at a young age, and being completely isolated from those his own age. He even had his mentor, the closest thing he had to a parental figure arrested and executed, leading him to be completely devoid of any sense of family. Out of a sense of shame, he went on to become the Masked Thief as people know him now.
Intellectual Characteristics
He is incredibly intelligent, but somewhat lacking in terms of morals. He does not consider it of high importance how his actions impact other people, only how they impact himself and his reputation.
