Whispering pox

This terrifyingly contagious disease kills by crushing the person's ability to breathe while they exhale plague tinged breath to the last. I t starts with a cough and fever which only worsens as pale red spots begin to appear. Before the end the patient is so overcome with coughing that they can barely draw breath.
