Skara, wishes to retrieve the cloak of travel. She wants it returned before the coming of age ceremony for Eira. She cannot retrieve the stolen item as she is not allowed to leave Alvalda. Edger wants to use the cloak of travel to enter the Vale during the Dual moon. He currently can not activate the Cloak as he lacks the required ingredients to attune to it.
