Glow-oil
This viscous liquid is commonly harvest from the torch-hawk. It has several glands along its underbelly and wings that glow with the light of the oil. Its practically applications are restricted to lighting. It gives off a bright orange glow and is used in modern lanterns and sconces. It's a cold glow, however, so fires are routinely lit inside as well for heat.
