STANDARD RACIAL TRAITS
- Ability Score Modifiers: +2 Dexterity, +1 Wisdom. OR choose one of (a) Any +2, any other +1 or (b) Any +1, any other +1, any other +1.
- Size: Medium. Rattatosk are larger and sturdier than their Ratfolk cousins.
- Base Speed: 30 Feet / 20 Climb
- Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern colour in darkness, only shades of gray.
- Riddle Master: You have proficiency in the Insight skill.
- Daring Agility: Your reflexes and agility allow you to move with a burst of speed. When you move on your turn in combat, you can double your speed until the end of the turn. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you move 0 feet on one of your turns.
- Keen Senses: Thanks to your sensitive nose and big ears, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception), Wisdom (Survival), and Intelligence (Investigation) checks that involve smells or sounds.
- Languages: You begin play speaking, reading, and writing Common and one language in which you were raised, which for the Rattatosk is typically Runic. You may, if desired, choose one bonus language that you and your DM agree is appropriate.

- Size: Rattatosk are more robust than their Ratfolk cousin and are therefore Medium creatures.
- Type: Rattatosk are Humanoid with the Rat subtype.
- Base Speed: 30 Feet
- Languages: Rattatosk begin play speaking Runic. Ratfolk with high intelligence may choose additional languages from: Aelfric, Ghukliuk, Moksha, and Otchipwe.
- Darkvision: Rattatosk can see perfectly in the dark up to 60 feet.
- Climber: The Rattatosk excel at hunting from trees and other high vantage points. They possess a climb speed of 20 feet (along with the +8 racial bonus on Climb checks a climb speed affords).
- Scent: The Rattatosk can detect approaching enemies, sniff out hidden foes, and track by sense of smell. They can identify familiar odors just as humans do familiar sights.
- Skulk: Rattatosk can blend easily into their environments, and move with surprising grace. They gain a +2 racial bonus on Stealth checks, and take only a –5 penalty on Stealth checks made to hide from creatures they have distracted with a Bluff check (rather than the normal –10 penalty).
