STANDARD RACIAL TRAITS

• Ability Score Modifiers: Gripplis are nimble and alert, but spindly. They gain -2 Strength, +2 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom.

• Size: Grippli are Small creatures and thus gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty to their CMB and CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.

• Type: Grippli are Humanoids with the Amphibian subtype.

• Base Speed: 30 Feet, 20 Climb

• Languages: Grippli begin play speaking. A Grippli with high Intelligence may choose additional languages from: Common, Low Ghukliuk, Otchipwe.

• Darkvision: Gripplis can see perfectly in the dark up to 60 feet.

• Jumper: Gripplis with this trait are always considered to have a running start when making Acrobatics checks to jump.

• Swamp Stride: A grippli can move through difficult terrain at its normal speed while within a swamp.

• Take to the Water: A Grippli can hold its breath 10 times longer than a human can, and gains a +2 bonus on Initiative checks and Reflex saving throws while swimming.
