European Oversector

The European Oversector is composed of the western star sectors of the Human-controlled part of the Orion Spur, that was mostly colonized by former Europeans. It is now a part of Confederation of Mankind, just as divided as most of it. It is however an important cornerstone of both Res Publica Christiana and Alliance for the Preservation of Democracy, but there is also a number of different countries (from Ancien Régime, Fifth International, Unity in Diversity and Vanguard of Progress.
While not the most wartorn of regions in Human Space, it is regardless one with many internal issues. There are at least several active battlefronts within the region, against aliens and other local countries alike.

Notable Aliens to inhabit the region

Destroyers - Responsible for destruction of the Sector X-01. It is unknown when exactly that happened, however most of scientists agrees that it happened before the Silinruls rose to power.
Silinruls - The European Cluster remained a part of the Silinrul Empire for most of its history. It was scoured of most life during the Darkening, and subsequently abandoned for the rest of history.
Aurums - Part of Aurum Imperium, then also inhabited during the Diaspora. This region was among the last to be abandoned by them during the conclusion of the Diaspora period.
Seskans - Area used to be inhabited by the Seskans prior to the fall. The western edge of their lands separates the oversector into the two parts.
