William had sought create the first true laissez-faire Capitalistic society. Logos quickly became a trade hub in the free sector of Magnus. In 2435 BS as the Terran Mandate crumbled under the weight of it's own corruption William Octavius who's life was extended through experimental Cyber Implants initiated a project that would in capsulate the old planet in a polysteel Sphere he called the Octavius Sphere which would function as a blank Canvas for what Octavius envisioned To be the perfect world and for a while it was. the new "Surface' was avalable to all and featured genetically engineered tropical biomes,
