Twion

Twion is the Steal city of Kymal, it spends most of its resources on industrialization and economic production. Twion is the main output of trade within Kymal, as its advanced factories produce a great amount of goods and provides work for the general population. As a result, the city is extremely polluted, and effort is being made to try and repair the damage done to the surrounding ecosystem.

Chellibub's Star

Chellibub's Star is the district located on the far south side of the city. It is considered to be the "slums" of Twion, as it has the highest poverty rate of all the districts. It's population mostly consists of the minority of races in Twion, and crime rates are high.

Notable Locations within Chellibub's Star

1. Nishri Wonders. Nirshi Wonders is run by a set of triplets within the alleyways of the district. Nishri Wonders provides a variety of services, such as magic items and tarot card readings. Although, it is odd to see a magic shop in such a poor part of the city. Some rumors suggest that the Nishri triplets might be running another type of business on the side.

2. Crawely's Corner. Crawely's corner is a tavern run by the Halfing Crawley. The tavern is a place that offer more than just drinks, as many people go there to exchange information and illegal goods with each other. If you are looking for information or a chance to get high, Crawley's Corner is your place.  

Faded Waters

The Faded Waters district is where most of the factory production takes place. It got the name because of the major water pollution that the area has, as it is located right next to an outlet river that pours into the ocean.

Notable Locations within Faded Waters

1. Dragon's Breath. Dragon's Breath is a large factory that produces 78% of Kymal's weaponry, which is typically reserved for the military. Dragon's Breath is run by a small part of a Dragonborn family that is well-known across all of the Isles.

2. The Withered Rose. The Withered Rose is a underground market place that tunnels throughout the entire district. The Withered Rose is a hotspot for illegal trades, such as drugs, exotic goods and services, and especially the trade of firearms, as they have recently made it into circulation.

3. Linkoln's March. Linkoln's March is the large roads that wind throughout the Faded Waters district. The roads are often busy with people walking, riding in carts, magically-pulled carriages, etc. Linkoln's March has been a hub for the industrialization and inclusion of land vehicles.  

The Creed Call

The Creed call is the district of religion and politics within Twion. It deals with the inclusion of minority deities within the world of Bardias. Notably, most people in Twion worship Malluset and Fomez.

Notable Locations within The Creed Call
1. Malluset Monastery. The Malluset Monastery is a religious building located in the more noble part of the district. The Monastery has a large collection of relics from forgotten religions, including some that posses magical properties. One such magic relic was the Shards of Amplification, which took the users most developed trait and made it better. There were a few incidents regarding the shards, but luckily the problem was taken care of.

2. The Breadcrumbs. The Breadcrumbs is a small area of forest in the north east side of the district. This area was recently discovered just before the bombing of Twion and Rifton, it is suggested that the area use to be the home land of a long lost tribe. Now, the area is a relic of history, but oddly enough, all the items found in the area are very modern.

3. The Chromatic Cutlass. The Chromatic Cutlass is the collection of the largest skyscrapers in the city. The Chromatic Cutlass is usually reserved for the richest people in the city. Although, it is mostly home to dons and other crime lords in the city. The Chromatic Cutlass has many sub-companies that specialize in military grade training, which is distributed to every criminal in the city that can afford it.

4. The Hallowed Hound. The Hallowed Hound is the hub for politics and economic agendas within Twion. The Hallowed Hound also deals with the judicial system, or lack thereof, in Twion. Although, it is suggested that this part of the city is the most corrupt, as they allow mafia dons to roam free throughout the city
 

Guilds and Factions

The following factions have power within the city 1. The Rolling Dice. The Rolling Dice are the main producers of illegal trades within Twion. They produce many different types of drugs, firearms, etc. The leader of this faction, a Dragonborn by the name of Fawn, uses her influence in the crime syndicate as a way to control the political views of the city.   The following guilds have power within the city
1. The people who worked within the trades of the Withered Rose have power over the distribution of firearms and drugs within the city.

2. The triplets who own Nishri Wonders are said to be very well-known within the crime syndicate.

3. Factory owners have some power over the military as they make 78% of the weaponry used.

4. Those who work within the monastery have some influence over the political ideals of the city.

History

Twion has had a long history of crime, this is said to be do to the mass industrialization that the city has undergone. During the transition period from farmland to factory, the cities resources were focused on industrialization, giving way for crime to flourish under the lack of police. As crime lords began to gain more control, they were given the ability to buy out many of the newly built factories in the city, thus giving them even more power. During the bombing of Twion and Rifton within the last few months, it was suggested that is was a ploy for the dons to gain even more power over the population.
