The Estel Empire is the name given to King Fenmyar's loyal citizens. All those under Estel are under the King's rule.
Culture
Those under Estel pride themselves as the "true" keepers of Nobliya. They see the Westrange Rebellion as halters of progress for the great elven country.
Public Agenda
The Estel Empire is exactly that, an empire. It aims to expand the country. But every time it starts to push, the Westrange Rebellion pushes back.
Assets
As it's funded under the King, the Estel Empire has virtually all the funds and equipment it could possibly need, though what it does NOT have is support from its neighbors. Astor, Halruaa, and Sakrentos have all but stopped talking to Nobliya after the civil war broke out.
