Capitel Sottgen
Structure
The entirety of Capitel Sottgen is overseen by the ten ancient dragons known as the Watchers. One of each color and demeanor. Their second is their Spokesperson, who oversees international relations as well as literally speaks for them after their meetings.
Assets
The ten Watchers have pooled their hoards from their early years, and thus have a great deal of wealth stored up. Different factions of the country grow food, fish, and produce tools and products. Overall, Capitel Sottgen is extremely self-sufficient.
History
Capitel Sottgen was created by one very vicious and very ambitious red dragon named Drelthid, who had his army of a million kobolds build the wall that separated the country from the rest of the mainland. Over time, Drelthid grew extremely lonely. He sent out a great call for friends and followers, and the dragons of the world answered. When Drelthid died, his country went to a party of ten great dragons who sought to carry on his legacy of a place for all dragonkind to live in peace. These ten became known as the Watchers, as they watched over the country.
