This burgundy leather belt has Juthannan runes etched all around it and allows an attuned wearer to use the following abilities:

The Belt of Sacrifice has 3 charges which recharge after a long rest. When an ally within 30 feet of you receives a healing effect, you may use your reaction to spend a charge to increase the healing received by your spellcasting modifier (minimum 1). If you are healing another creature on your turn then you may activate the Belt of Sacrifice and expend a charge as part of that action.

Once per day, as a bonus action you can spend one of your hit dice to heal an ally within 5 feet of you. You can use a charge of the Belt of Sacrifice when doing this to increase the healing effect.
