Wymir's giant slayer

This is an ancient relic from times past. It was held by wymir the barbarian of Patrons of valor.
It is made from a metal called Ichor. This ichor however is metal that is created from the blood of moradin
It was used for the war against the giants to great effect though it is dorment for most of its power. It is currently still a powerful weapon. This weapon needs to re-evolve with the wielder of the axe.
The conditions for it to evolve are: (I don't know yet) (THIS IS VERY MUCH TESTING AND NEEDS RETHINKING)

wymir's giant slayer: awakened +2 greataxe to hit and to dmg and does a additonal 1d4 necrotic dmg half of you heal as well slashing dmg to all creatures and ups the strenght save to giants by 2

Wymir's giant slayer: exalted +3 great axe to hit and dmg does 2d6 slashing to all and strenght save goes up by another 2

Manufacturing process

The axe was forged in a vulcano allied with a fire elemental in the name of moradin/all hamer. The vulcano that it was crafted in is called Storming obsidian. it is a vulcano highly active and though magical means the magma/lava flows in supernatural manners. Through the irregular patterns this is the perfect place to craft a chaotic weapon for the destruction of giants.

Significance

The weapon has a lot of cultural significans though probably most people in the continent won't know of it as that greataxe or don't know of it at all.

Rarity

This weapon is legendary though within the present form it probably wouldn't be considered what it was when it was carried by Wymir
