My Hero Academia, Sky High, and all the other super hero highschool style stories - when students are placed in impossible situations, and forced to save the world. But what happens when those students fail? What happens when they aren't skilled enough? When the bad guys win?   A dystopian setting set in the future of a superhero campaign where my players failed to stop the big bad.   The year is 2070, an evil organization named Cipher has taken over the government, hero regulation boards, and is slowly stripping rights and exerting their control over the population.
