In general it is faster to SQ to the beginning of a dungeon if the trek back is >15s. It is always faster to play a warp song than save warp to an area (random spawns) depending on the specific spawn location and desired destination. It is as fast to save scum to a specific location as playing a warp song, again depending on the specific spawn location and desired destination.
