What was its purpose when it started?

It started as another area of the Academic's University, when a weird electric epidemic affected some areas of the city. It deals with investigating the body, human or otherwise and the numenera, which can affect it .

When it was created?

it separated from the university and become it own thing on 280 AT, but it began receiving appointment first for health check and then modifications, for quite some time before.

Where is it located?

It's located between the Academic's University and the high chapter of Order of Truth in the walled area of The capital, Spiralai

How has his purpose changed over time?

Over time, they shifted from the most theoretical basis, into the practical one. At this point, it has two completely different wings, one for research, with a satellite in the haunted quadrant and another for healing, which has smaller practices distributed thought the city

What kind of services does it offer?

• To the public: it offers health check, cures for most regular maladies, inspection on house, barns to ensure good practices are being follow. It also offers prosthetic for lost limbs and replacement/upgrades.
• They also offer their services to the Academic's University, The Order of Truth or even regular nano or Wright, with interesting discoveries or projects. Those services are more into investigation or collaboration, than healing. The chamber always request to retain the use of any new gadget, which is constructed thanks to this collaboration. This is not always granted, specially by those who are in service to The Crystal leader
