The sharp kaleidoscopic world of magic

  Lanoma is a world where magic flows freely. A place where technology is taking a firm first step towards bettering the world and moving things into a new phase of living. Magic is weaved with technology and creating incredible feats of ingenuity, the world is seemingly prospering from these creations. Although, the people of Lanoma are not the only ones who have come to benefit from the strong magical presence of this world.   The gods are at odds with each other for followers, power and control of this world. The magical emanating from this world is greedily taken by those gods with the power to take what they can. Creating rivalries, deadly enemies and tense allies between gods, but some of the most influential and lethal of these gods have gotten into a pact, to kill another, one of themselves....   This has lead to one of the most cataclysmic events this world has seen since The Sundering and The Everlong Tribute. The world has been combined with the planes of the Shadowfell and Fey Realm. The event was called The Melding and it left the world a much more dangerous place then it used to be.   Greater beings than gods have plans for the world of Lanoma, more specifically the continent of Lastel. Where the fate of all of the planes are sitting in the hands of a handful of adventurers whom, never really wanted this responsibility. Fate has forced their hands and the ultimate destiny of everything hangs in the balance.   Chaos, Law, Goodness and Evil are physical elements of this world with a power of their own. Beyond the weave of magic, these elements are pushed out of balance as the world is moving ever closer to a white blank edge of nothing.
