Land of Noorh, Dracolisk Continent, Moon Noremahl, Sovis Moon System

The Land of Noorh is a semi-feudalistic elective monarchy ruled by a hereditary Council of Lords overseen by an elected High Lord Monarch. This tiny country rests on the southwestern shore of the Dracolisk continent, on the banks of the Baldr Sea. It is one of very few independent nations on the continent, most of which is ruled over directly by a relatively benevolent monarchy of chromatic dragons. The country is bordered to the north and east by two converging mountain ranges, and to the northwest by deep forests, wetlands, and a nation filled with undead known only as the Deadwood.   Noorh was founded over a thousand years ago by a race of god-like beings known as the Ideals and their servant entities (fiends, celestials, etc). It is said that the Ideals created all manner of sentient races and placed them in Noorh, then encouraged them to come together in one singular nation. The nation of Noorh has reigned for 843 years in relative peace. However, the development of two political factions (one aligned with the Church of Ideal Faith and advocating for political change & equality for shorter lived races, one aligned with the High Monarch and advocating for stability and tradition) has led to an all-out Civil War.
