Laguztron

A country ruled by a masqueraded queen with a habit of holding masquerade balls every month. Many have tried to unmask and none have been successful. The country likes to stay in the shadows and out of conflict. However, with the Dungjion prince vying for her affections with his persistent ways, there is a constant fear of spies sent from his majesty. She has told him no many times, the only way to keep him from coming himself is the dragons that her ancestors raised centuries ago. With the funds going to the guard so they can keep constant watch the people have become poor. There is talk of rebellion in the dark allies. A group that gets paid to protect the queen from the underground eventually caught wind of the rumor. Others are trying to pay them off by paying more than the queen, but no one can seem to do it. The group is made up of people from all walks of life and they wear the symbol of the Never Tree. The tree is said to hold time and space within its branches and nobody but Ranu can destroy it. They call themselves The Ner. They can be seen hiding in the palace grounds waiting for an ambush, but you would never know. They have the ability to completely disappear anywhere. It is rumored that they go through extensive training after they are recruited by a member. You don't find them, they find you.
