Tinker's Square
Tinker's Square is the smallest of the open public spaces in the town of Nedev. There are usually a number of small carts and wagons of small craftspeople doing business during the day. They are looked down upon by most of the craftsmen that have their own shops, but they often have the lowest prices for average quality work. During the evening, Tinker's Square turns into a gathering place for drunks, revelers, prostitutes, bards and thieves. While the Watch always has a few members patrolling this area at night, they let most of the rowdiness go unaddressed; It is only when a theft, a fight, or damage to property happens that they become involved.
Children are often warned to keep away from Tinker's Square, and it has taken on a reputation that often calls people to it's evening festivities, instead of away from it.
