The Home of Renton Dinsmore

This home on the third floor of a tenement in the Alley district of Nedev is the secret meeting location of Renton "Revo" Dinsmore and his band of agitators and revolutionaries. The group, which is small in number, but has a wide audience with many of the inhabitants of the Alley district, calls themselves the "Downtrodden". While they have not done anything that might be considered illeagal or revolutionary yet, they spend many evenings here in this apartment discussing what to do to help their fellow Alley residents acheive a better life.
The tenement is medium-sized for the area. It holds two apartments on each level, with each apartment designed to hold a family of four, although most of the apartments have families well abouve that number. There is a wooden spiral staircase at the back of an entrance corridor on the ground floor, as well as the two doors that lead to the two first floor apartments. The layout on the second and third floor is the same, with the staircase leading up to a trapdoor that provides access to the roof.
The apartments are entered in the middle of the hallway, with doors across from each other. The entrance opens to a central room that is used for cooking, eating and gathering. The hearth, directly opposite the entrance is used for both cooking and heating the apartment. To either side of the main room are the two smaller bedrooms. The bedrooms are small and sparse, and some tenants have erected a curtain to seperate the chamber pots from the rest of the rooms.
It is in this small, third floor apartment, that Revo and his Downtrodden meet to plot their revolution, with Revo's parents usually retiring to their rooms with a shaking of their heads.
