Stor Oatwood

The Constable of the town of Nedev, Stor Oatwood has been doing his job for many years. As one of the chief law enforcement agents in the town, he has spent much of his time administering justice to those who have committed a crime.
He has a reputation as a harsh man, who does not take well to strangers, or those that disturb the peace he is constantly working to achieve. He resides in the Thieves' Tower.
