Pyper Ciradell

The Sheriff of Nedev. Her father was the first Sheriff of Nedev, and when he died, she took over the job, although there were some who thought she wasn't ready for the job, she has proven them wrong.
While she is young she worked with her father for many years before his death, and picked up many of his skills and habits. She is generally found in out wandering the streets with several of the Watch, but has offices and resides in the Thieves' Tower.
