Library of Kanos

Technically not a Library, but a book and stationary store. Kanos sells paper and ink, scroll cases, blank books, and other materials needed by those that write and draw. He also has a limited number of books and scrolls for sale on a number of topics, none of which he sells without first making at least one copy, so it can take several months before he is willing to part with a new book or scroll.
Kanos is always looking for new scrolls and books, and will pay a significant sum for them, or even rent them until he can make a copy for his shop.
