Empress

The rank of Empress is the seventh and highest level of hereditary titles and the third that is considered royal. It is used only in the Empire of Kyrnia. It ranks above Prince in the order of precedence. Empress are addressed as "Empress", and "Your Imperial Majesty". The title of Empress indicates the ultimate ruler of a land, so all land in that territory is ultimately hers. The spouse of a Empress, if not not given the honorific title of Emperor, may be called the Imperial Consort. The male form of Empress is Emperor.
