Yersan Plains

A Vast expense of grasses carpet the lands east of the Asko River and South of the River Yer. Further to the East is Krins Bay, and then the Eastern Mists. The lands are rich and fertile due to the Snakes Tail, the Southern Ridge of the Mid'ridgelands.

Geography

Yerian Lowlands

This is the area between the Yer and the Grindle Rivers, and is east of the Grindle Marshes. These lowlands are still higher than the Majority of the Plains, however it is lower than that of the Southern Foot Hills and the lands beyond the Yer River ( the Horsan Plains). This is the most fertile place in Tyrus Isle due to the weather patterns created by the snakes tail and the flowing of the two rivers in the north and south. There are many big hills dotted around the area with the area being well suited for hill farming and husbandry.

South Grindle

South Grindle is located south east of the Southern Foothills, but south of the Grindle River, east of the Asko river and north of the Ancient Marshes. It was once the southern reaches of the Grindlemen. This area was heavily deforested and so it is the least fertile of the rest of the plains due to the lack of roots holding the soil together. Many of the Nutrients gets washed away further down into the Orjo Steppes.

Orjo Steppes

The Steppes of the Orjo range from the city of Ashmouth in the Southern Tip of the plains to the Grindle River. Here There is an endless carpet of grasses with the occasional highland area breaking up the smooth land. Colours of Yellow, Gold, Green, Silver and Brown can be seen throughout the year. Forests scatter the land, however they are relativly small compared to the other wooded areas of the Isle.
