The Shire of Gallowsbrook is the local municipality that lies on the very edge of the human empire known as Scythia. Populated by heavy amount of forests, rolling foothills, and mountains, the Shire of Gallowsbrook is known for it's lumbermills, fishing, and iron mines. The Shire used to be one of the wealthiest areas of the empire of Scythia but has become a backwater since the Phasing took place.
