Tribunal

Each Valkyrie troop has  a tribunal of three Valkyrie who act as commanders, taking orders from the Seraphs and relaying those orders to the other Valkyrie. These tribunal work together to coordinate their troop. They are also responsible for a set group of mortals, to whom they assign Valkyrie guardians. The tribunal listen for prayers of those loyal to Theandros, and gather information in order to better coordinate spiritual warfare.
