This timeline depicts the largest impacting events in Korth.

The Great Deposits

During the arrangements the Solar System Council decided that the first few years it would spend moving waste from other planets, and offloading waste from the gigaships. It took almost almost 45 years of "Deposits" as they were called, taking place 2 times each day to clear the large waste piles that had accumulated across the system. Every since, they have automated drops that are scheduled to take place on the first day, every other month, at 12pm sharp.

    The First Deposit
    Era beginning/end

    June 1st, was marked to start the transition of Korth. This was the first day a dropship started depositing waste upon Korth.

    The Last of the Great Deposits
    Era beginning/end

    This was the last of the Great Deposits. Every since, they have automated drops that are scheduled to take place on the first day, every other month, at 12pm sharp.

The Dark

During this time, the First human deposits were made at the The Apex Many stuggled to fullfill basic human needs for survival during these times and succumbed to either starvation, dehydration, or were murdered by others.

    First Visitors
    Era beginning/end

    This was the first deposit unlike any other. It had been agreed upon that criminals would no longer be held in cells, or prisons as before. Tier 2 Offenders were now placed in holding to be deposited like waste onto Korth. A Ship would land in a barren zone called the The Apex. The first Human deposit consisted of close to 60 individuals. This would also take place every other month. Falling in-between traditional waste deposits. In the same location, at the same time. 12pm sharp.

    100 Criminal Deposits
    Miscellaneous

    16 Years. Over 16 years, and 100 times the dropship has come, and left it's inhabitants behind. The early life for the people attempting to make Korth their new home was packed with challenges. The main one being food. The fauna of this new world unfamiliar to its newcomers. Many people died of starvation, and accidental poisonings. different groups banded together, those that were close before landing, sticking together and dispersing across the lands. Many disappearing into the city sized heaps of trash and scrap. The rest taking to the unknown forest lands. It's the survival rate of the first 100 is largely unknown; Many suspect only 1 in 10 people survived.

    Forming of The Divers
    Founding

    The Divers were formed by the need to have a more optimized life style for some Scavangers. Amongst themselves, they traded information and goods, greatly increasing any individuals reach into Drop City.

    Gruuns Settlement formed
    Construction beginning/end

    The Divers realized the need for a central space of operation. Gruuns was formed outside the northern reaches of Drop City. This was a space Divers members were allowed to settle freely, in close proximity to each other. Making the trade of goods, and knowledge much, much easier.

    Gruuns Stack started
    Construction beginning/end

    The Divers that settled at Gruuns had started to bring back excess goods from Drop City. Realizing this as an opportunity, they created a second location to be designated as a market place for those traveling from The Apex to Drop City. They would slowly transport goods from their homes, to rickshaw stalls made here.

    The Keepers
    Founding

    The Keepers formed out of peace and friendship. Creating a community to live within, and protect each other from those who wish to cause harm.

    The first Open Market - Gruuns Market
    Cultural event

    Grunns Market was constructed roughly a half mile south of Gruuns Stack. Providing easy transportation of goods, and the ability to keep a safe watchful eye on the market to ensure the saftey of those traveling to and from. This market was ran by The Divers, however anyone was welcome and encouraged to setup a shop to trade.

    The Combine
    Construction beginning/end

    Keepers came together with trust, to start a basic settlement. In total there were 36 people that came together initially. Some of these people were Scavangers some even from The Divers. Others were Foragers. Others had no real specialty other than being friendly, and willing to do hard work taking jobs such as Haulers . The combine was situated between The Apex and the nearby Drop Site ,Drop City

    First Pub Established - Gruuns' Shroom Pub
    Cultural event

    After the discovery of Barkwood Grog. It became a popular recreational drink. Shortly after The Divers create a pub, Gruuns' Shroom Pub, nestled right off the main road between The Apex and Drop City. It was located just south east of Gruuns Stack. Directly to the east of Grunns Market.

The Starting

During the Starting, people had finally started to really come together in communities. There were still those that attempted to make their own way. Although larger settlements were starting to take hold. Knowledge of water spots, and safe fauna to feed on was shared alot within communities, making them very valuable.

    The Shaders
    Founding

    The Shaders were officially founded in 3994. They came together for one cause. Survival. While the Shaders took part in Scavanger and Forager like most. They preferred to take the easy way out. For them at least. They took every opportunity for violence. Instead of sharing knowledge of forage routes, and the best areas to scavenge. They studied the pathways others left, and setup ambushes. Often outright killing others for their goods.

    Arrival Celebration
    Gathering / Conference

    The Arrival Celebration as it became known. It had taken some time, but for the small settlements that started to form, something they started to share is they would send members to the New Arrivals . Ushering new recruits to join. Often, even the more peaceful settlements came armed, and ready for battle for these events due to tense nature of being close to your enemy. From this point on, there would always be someone designated to greet the newcomers each drop.

    The Combine grows

    By this time, The Combine had grown gradually It's total population had exceeded 100 people for the first time.
