Mushrooms

Mushrooms are at a core in the Korth Ecosystem, specifically after the first deposits, some of the mushrooms started to thrive. Mushrooms on Korth have not been threatened by predators before. Some types growing as tall as 4 feet tall. (Giant Brown Mushroom) Others have various traits as well. Mushrooms on Korth play a vital role in nourishment, very rich in vitamin's and nutrients, some more so than others (Golden Mushrooms ) Other's have interesting properties. But not all mushrooms are safe to consume, some are incredibly poisonous, and it is not always easy to tell them apart. Most mushrooms grow from soil, although some grow directly from wood. Mushrooms are the fruit body of mycelium that mostly grows into the ground or tree bark. Consuming water and nutrients from the soil. Some mushrooms have evolved to consume different material, such as iron, and in some case chemicals. (Double Black Mushrooms)
