Raudan Lehtiä, Leaves of Iron Material in Kohtalo | World Anvil

Raudan Lehtiä, Leaves of Iron

Sure, if you want you could get you some armor or weapons like The Ghostwalker Dwarves got, you even got options. Now let me think.....
  1. Make inroads to the ghostwalkers, train for several years, then undergo their induction/coming-of-age ceremony, ingesting what is probably the worlds most powerful hallucinogen and giving up your name, pledging your life to defense of the world tree Jarvindartre, never to leave the Sapphire Sands again.
  2. Go to Ghostspider Forrest, or otherwise obtain a truly obscene amount of Ghostspider silk. Work with a knowledgeable archmage and some of the best dwarven and elvish craftsmen in the world to impregnate the metals you are using with the silk without burning it away or having it lose its magical properties. Not quite the same, but a lesser form that will allow you many of the same properties both here and in the Ethereal. Probably, dont know that anyone has tried it.
  3. Convince, probably a dragon, but a Roc may also do it, to fly you to Jarvindartre, stick around while you harvest a leaf or 2, and then fly you away.
  4. Roam the Sapphire Sands near Jarvindartre, potentially waiting decades for a leaf to fall, and beat the Ghostwalkers to it.
Or you could just get a regular sword and armor and save up for some minor enchantments like a normal person.

Physical & Chemical Properties

Amazing, truly amazing, first the fact that, like all other dwarven cultures the Ghostwalkers recognize the Right of Discovery (most common in the exploration of new mining tunnels and discovery of ores, veins, or gems) but this chance to study a leaf of Jarvindartre, astounding.   As far as I can tell it is an organic alloy that blends the interplanar phasing of ghostspider silk with the durability of adamantium and the lighter weight of mythril.   The dwarfs seem to craft it most often into weapons or plate armor, but if I am correct it should be possible to craft it into a more cloth-like material while still maintaining most of its properties. It may make one more vulnerable to bludgeoning, but then we spellcasters have never stood up well to such harsh treatment anyway.
